Jim Desmond brought us up to speed with everything about SanDag. He strongly encouraged us to vote no on the new taxes for the roads that they haven’t repaired as of yet from the last tax increase. John Schwab went into detail about the finances in Escondido and where we are at. There is a new tax increase bill that will be on the ballot in November that should help get Escondido right sized.
