As we all try to conduct our professional pursuits in new ways, it’s appropriate to remind ourselves of who we are as a Serving Organization… Our accomplishments, our fellowship and the reminder of our many successes is valuable as we seek new opportunities to serve…
 
 
 
 
 
We met again in person at the Chamber of Commerce… Great to enjoy the fellowship again and see all your smiling faces…
 
 
As a Club, we honored our nation with a salute to our Flag led by Evan Wahl and an invocation was offered by past President Jack Anderson….

Past President Richard Agnew brought back gifts from his annual trip to Las Vegas for a convention
 
 
Past President Jim Ponder announced that sadly Past District Governor Chuck Pretto      passed away from his battle with leukemia. Our condolences to his family
 
 
A few ESR representatives went to the dedication of the handicap playground at Dixon Lake on 1/12. This playground will serve many happy children
 
 
Our past President Tina Pope got to spend an amazing time in Tennessee spoiling her new grandson Oliver

Program:
Past President Mark Hoekstra presented some very valuable information on our upcoming annual project in Mexicali that is happening the weekend of March 14th to the 17th. He shared many memories over the past 15 years of the projects that Escondido Sunrise Rotary has done. Anyone that has gone has come back looking forward to the next year. Closing: President Mark Maus announced that we will be meeting again next week on Thursday the 25th at 7:30am and we will hear from Glynna Hoekstra & Billy Wagner from the Valley Center Rodeo.  See you at The Escondido Chamber of Commerce in the new year on Thursday!!
